Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

  1. Prices and Payment
    1. All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery' below).
    2. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly before we accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability.
    3. We try to ensure that all product information is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If as a result of our error, you have purchased a product, which is unsuitable for you, naturally we will endeavour to correct the problem to your satisfaction.
    4. We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa and Delta. Payment is deducted when you place your order.
  2. Where We Deliver
    1. We deliver to any address in the United Kingdom. Some deliveries may need to be signed for.
  3. Delivery Charges
    1. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Although our delivery price is set at one rate, the VAT charged on it has to be charged pro-rata in accordance with the proportion of VAT and non-VAT rateable items that the order contains.
  4. How We Deliver
    1. All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.
  5. Delivery Times
    1. Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
    2. Please allow at least 5 working days for deliveries. In the case of Bank Holidays please allow extra time for your order to reach you.
    3. IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed.
  6. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    1. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items can be damaged in transit and just occasionally despite our best efforts we do get it wrong. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods if there is a problem and we will do everything possible to correct the issues to your complete satisfaction.
    2. We regret that we are unable to rectify any issues after the 7 day period.
  7. Returns
    1. Please ensure the suitability of the product before you purchase.
    2. If after having received your purchase you find that it is unsuitable please telephone our Returns Dept on 01903 889581 to discuss the possibility of returning the item. If we are able to agree the return of any item we will issue you with a Returns Number and instructions on how to return the goods.
    3. Please note: Any goods returned to us without a Returns Number will not qualify for a refund. All items must be in as new condition. THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
